These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Defcon Exterior Service LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By scheduling, accepting, or paying for any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Defcon Exterior Service LLC offers exterior cleaning services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Pressure washing

  • Soft washing

  • Roof cleaning

  • Gutter cleaning

  • Rust Removal

  • Commercial building washing

  • Window cleaning

  • Line striping

  • Solar panel cleaning

Service availability may vary based on location and weather conditions.

2. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Final pricing is based on accurate measurements and the condition of the property at the time of service.

  • Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled areas, stains, or if additional work is required not included in the original quote.

  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

3. Scheduling and Access

  • We will coordinate with you to schedule services at a mutually agreed-upon time.

  • You must provide full access to all areas being cleaned. This includes gates, outdoor water sources, and electrical outlets.

  • Pets must be secured, and personal items should be removed from the cleaning area before our arrival.

  • Missed or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a service fee.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

  • We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards.

  • A late payment fee of $100 may apply after 7 days past due.

  • Returned checks are subject to a $100 fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 48 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue at no additional cost.

6. Liability and Damages

  • Defcon Exterior Service LLC takes all reasonable precautions during service, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage to siding, windows, roofing, landscaping, electrical fixtures, or painted surfaces.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to notify us in advance of any delicate or damaged areas.

  • We are not responsible for damage due to improper or aging surfaces or building materials that cannot withstand standard cleaning techniques.

7. Weather Policy

For safety reasons, services may be postponed due to inclement weather (e.g., heavy rain, lightning, freezing temperatures). We will contact you to reschedule as soon as conditions allow.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

9. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Misuse any part of the site or interfere with others’ use

  • Copy or reproduce any part of the website content without permission

  • Use our contact forms or email for spam or marketing purposes

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, service descriptions, photos, and branding—is the property of Defcon Exterior Service LLC and may not be reused without written permission.

11. Governing Law

This website offers visitors EXTERIOR CLEANING SERVICES. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least  18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment

You agree to indemnify and hold DEFCON EXTERIOR SERVICE LLC harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DEFCON EXTERIOR SERVICE LLC, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DEFCON EXTERIOR SERVICE LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
